After 13 years delivering data mandates for financial, manufacturing, and institutional organizations, one pattern became clear: most data projects fail not from lack of technology, but from misalignment between architecture and real business needs.

IMetrics was founded to close that gap. Every engagement starts with a simple question: what business problem does this project solve? Technology comes second.

We work with a limited number of clients per year, which allows us to give full senior attention to every engagement, from initial architecture through to production deployment.
